General Patients Questionnaire
The Patients Association aims continually at promoting the voice of patients in healthcare. Further to the numerous recent reforms which have affected GPs and dentistry access for instance, we would like to ensure your views and experiences as a patient or as a patient's relative are understood and taken into account.
To this end, the Patients Association would like you to take some time to complete our General Patients Questionnaire. 10 to 12 minutes will be necessary to finish it as this survey addresses several healthcare issues that we think are of crucial interest.
Please recognise that your opinion is of utmost importance to us and that by completing this questionnaire you are actively participating to a better and more patient-centred NHS.
