Esha joined The Patients Association in early 2010 to help manage the increasing number of enquiries received by the helpline. After completing her degree in Psychology she worked for a variety of health related charities and built up her knowledge of the voluntary sector. Esha hopes that the helpline will be able to reach out to more people over the coming years.
